The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, repairing up in several places and new home furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no grievances about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t hope a whole ton.

The coffee table was broken, two with the 3 plastic chairs outside have been damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a big improvement on the deck. The house has so much potential it is unhappy to see it getting run down. I Definitely loved the area, however, if improvements will not be made would not hire house again.
